Cookie Policy

Effective date: 24 April 2026 · Version: 1.0

This document provides information on the use of cookies and similar technologies on the itc-europe.com website operated by ITC Europe Sp. z o.o. It supplements the Privacy Policy.

This Policy has been drafted in accordance with:

  • Directive 2002/58/EC on privacy in the electronic communications sector (ePrivacy),
  • Polish Act of 16 July 2004 — Telecommunications Law (Art. 173),
  • Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) to the extent that cookies may constitute personal data.

1. What are cookies

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on the user's end device (computer, phone, tablet) while browsing. They allow device recognition and tailoring of site behaviour — in particular ensuring its security and proper functioning.

In a broader sense, cookies also include other browser storage technologies (e.g. localStorage, sessionStorage), where used.

2. Types of cookies on the Site

On itc-europe.com we use strictly necessary cookies only, required for the technical operation of the Site and for securing the contact form. We do not use analytical, statistical, marketing or tracking cookies.

Cookie / technology Category Purpose Duration Provider
cf_* (e.g. cf_chl_rc_m) Necessary / security Cloudflare Turnstile verification — distinguishing human users from bots when submitting the form Max. 30 minutes (session tokens) Cloudflare, Inc.
itc_cookie_notice (localStorage) Necessary / functional Remember dismissal of the cookie notice bar 365 days ITC Europe
Anti-spam tokens (session) Necessary / security Protection against repeated form submissions by bots (HMAC time-trap) Max. 1 hour ITC Europe

Pursuant to Art. 173(3) of the Polish Telecommunications Law and Recital 66 of the ePrivacy Directive, strictly necessary cookies required to provide a service requested by the user do not require separate consent. For the sake of transparency we inform about their use visibly — via an information bar and this Policy.

3. External resources loaded by the browser

When displaying the Site, the user's browser fetches resources from the following domains:

  • fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com (Google LLC, USA) — fonts (Inter, Fraunces).
  • challenges.cloudflare.com (Cloudflare, Inc., USA) — Turnstile verification script.

Loading these resources involves passing to their technical providers the information that is transmitted by the HTTP protocol (including the browser's IP address and User-Agent header). Transfers to the USA are carried out under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

These providers do not receive the content typed into the contact form or any personal data submitted to the Controller.

4. No analytical or marketing cookies

We confirm that the Site does not use:

  • Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager,
  • Meta Pixel (Facebook), LinkedIn Insight Tag, X (Twitter) Pixel,
  • profiling and retargeting tools,
  • heatmaps and session recording (Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, etc.).

For this reason, no explicit "Accept / Reject" consent mechanism is required when entering the Site.

5. Managing cookies in the browser

Every user can manage cookies in their browser settings. Instructions:

  • Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies
  • Firefox: Preferences → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
  • Safari: Preferences → Privacy
  • Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions

Blocking necessary cookies may affect the operation of the Site — in particular it may prevent proper verification of the contact form by Cloudflare Turnstile.

6. Cookie information bar

On the first visit to the Site an information bar is displayed about the use of strictly necessary cookies. Dismissal of the bar is remembered for 365 days via the browser's localStorage (entry itc_cookie_notice).

7. Contact and rights

For all matters related to data processing in connection with cookies, please contact: email.

The full scope of your rights (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, complaint to UODO) is described in the Privacy Policy, section 7.

8. Policy changes

This Cookie Policy may be updated. Material changes will be communicated by dating the new version and by showing the information bar again after the change.
